I had a pleasant stay at this hotel near Chiang Mai University. The room was clean and had good air conditioning, plus a beautiful view. The staff was helpful, and the price was very reasonable for the area. However, the breakfast could have been better, and loud neighbors disrupted my sleep during my stay.

The hotel had some positive aspects such as a nice garden and a convenient location near Chiang Mai University, but it also had its downsides, including outdated rooms and inconsistent dining options. While the staff was friendly during the day, communication could be challenging at night, and some amenities did not meet expectations.

This hotel offers quite a spacious room with air conditioning and a sizable desk, but the overall decor felt outdated. While the nice garden for breakfast is a lovely touch, the breakfast options were limited, and interactions with staff could be challenging due to language barriers. Despite being conveniently located near Chiang Mai University and local eateries, the noise from neighbors was a downside during my stay.

The breakfast was inconsistent, and I encountered some noise issues during my stay. Overall, it had decent value for money, though some aspects could definitely be improved.

The hotel is situated in an area that is convenient for university visits and has a lovely garden, perfect for breakfast. The rooms are spacious but show their age, with some upkeep needed. While the service can be hit or miss due to language barriers, the price offers good value for the basics. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you don't mind some quirks and are looking for a budget-friendly stay.
